As for the international trainers, they are receiving constant training and support from our team, while they got already certified as GROW trainers after their successful attendance in the 5TC preparatory conference held from June 18 to 22, in Predeal. During the conference, the international trainers, who came in Romania as volunteer interns, received all the necessary information about the project, non-formal education and training methods, they went through simulations of the trainings to be delivered by them, and they were evaluated by a group of experienced and professional trainers, as well as by international, ex-GROW trainers who were involved in the conference, thus contributing with their own personal experience.

This preparatory conference − in its 12th edition− was unique, as the international trainers apart from learning experiences also had fun, delivering bits of sessions in the local high-school, having the chance to freely interact with partners who fully support the GROW Program and getting useful career tips by them, and by closing the conference with a performance full of music and dance.

May the GROW Summer begin!!!! 🙂
