The GROW Magic spreads around the country, with the help of our awesome team: the Local Project Managers, the Ambassadors and the International Trainers. Let’s meet some of them! 

Raluca, GROW Ambassador in Toplita 

I found out about GROW last year, when the previous Ambassadors presented the project in my school. After learning more about what was going to happen during GROW, I decided that I wanted to be a participant.

One of my best friends, Mihai, became Toplita’s LPM and asked me and other friends if we would like to apply as Ambassadors. After that, I fortunately passed his test, and that was it.

I love the fact that there is always happening something new and exciting. And also, there are a lot of new things to learn which I would not  have known without being a part of this project.

The biggest challenge I had to face was the fact that I am an introverted person. But I was assigned in “Customer Care”, having no other choice but to overcome my social anxiety, which is almost nonexistent now.

The people I met through this project had a huge impact in my life, being the ones that helped me in becoming more extroverted. And the trainers taught me a lot of useful things about life and such.
